Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that adult coloring books have been a massive relaxation fad for the past year or so. Well last week, this fad has reached backwards into the 90s.
That’s right. The 90s are back thanks to Lisa Frank.
Entertainment Weekly gave us the first look at the four covers the magical coloring company is releasing this July and August. These designs look like they could last us for years and not run out – they’re so beautifully detailed and huge. They have the same charm as my school supplies from elementary school, but clearly have a lot more lines to stay inside (or color over, if you’re anything like us).
Well go on – take a gander!
I know I had a pencil case shaped like that yellow dog.
So much to color!
The wide-eyed tiger cub was always my favorite. Now I get to color it all over again!
Each book will reportedly be $3 at Dollar General Stores nationwide. With the tagline, “Stay calm and keep coloring,” we know exactly what we’ll be doing next month.
